Cancellation & Refund Policy


DIPTA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

​

DIPTA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

​

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.

The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.

 

This should be reported within of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within of receiving the product immediately.

The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

​

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

​

In case of any Refunds approved by the DIPTA, it’ll take 3 to 5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Cancellation policy

We try to accept all orders successfully placed by customers but there are some situations in which we may have to cancel your order.

Following are the situations:-

  • Errors or inaccuracies in product & pricing information

  • Product may be temporarily out of stock

  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase

  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any part of your order are cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible within a time frame of 48hrs through the same method of payment method used.

Cancellations by the Customer

If we receive any cancellation notice from you 24hrs before executing or shipping your order than we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount with a 2% deduction as convenience fee for the transaction. But prior to receiving your cancellation notice if your order/s have already been shipped out by us; then we will  not be able to cancel the same & you will have to check our return policy on those orders.

Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 1 day of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • 1. Refund Eligibility:
    To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Damaged or used products will not be accepted for refund.

  • 2. Refund Process:
    Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

  • 3. Shipping Costs:
    The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. However, if the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • 4. Non-Refundable Products:
    Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
